Withdrawal

If you bought a Sistema 10K subscription as a consumer, you may revoke the purchase within 10 calendar days without cost or liability, under Article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and Resolution 424/2020.

1. How to withdraw

1. In the platform: go to sistema10k.com.ar/app → My subscription → Cancel subscription. This stops further charges immediately.
2. Request the refund: email vegajoaquins@icloud.com with the subject "Withdrawal", your username and the email you paid with on Mercado Pago.

2. What happens next

• Within 24 hours we reply with a request code.
• We refund the full amount through the same payment method, via Mercado Pago.
• The subscription is cancelled and you will not be charged again.

3. Cancelling after 10 days

You can cancel at any time from My subscription → Cancel subscription. You will not be charged again and keep access until the end of the period already paid.
